**Empowering Our Team to Build Stronger Communities: The Itūūra Family Foundation’s Capacity Building Workshop**
At the Itūūra Family Foundation, our commitment to supporting the community goes beyond providing resources—we aim to create spaces where individuals can connect, share, and thrive. One of our key initiatives is our **Facebook support group**, a safe and caring online community where members can share their stories, seek guidance, and find encouragement.
To ensure this group runs smoothly and continues to meet the needs of its members, we recognized the importance of investing in our administrative team. That’s why we hosted a **capacity-building workshop**, designed to equip our team with the skills and tools needed to enhance their leadership and improve the group’s impact.
Held in a bright and inspiring venue, the workshop offered a positive space for growth and collaboration. Our team began the day by diving into hands-on training with **Meta tools and features**, exploring new functionalities to better manage the group and foster meaningful connections online.
The second part of the workshop focused on **leadership development**—covering vital skills such as effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making. Through engaging team-building exercises, role-playing, and group discussions, our administrators gained confidence and a deeper understanding of how to serve the community with excellence.
